Refund Policy 

We're committed to your satisfaction. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

Accessories like earrings or hygiene-sealed products are non-returnable for health reasons

Sale or personalised items are final sale unless faulty

How to Return

Contact hello@yourstore.com within 30 days with your order number

Use the prepaid returns label we'll email you (UK only—international customers pay return shipping)

Repackage securely and drop off at your local Royal Mail/Post Office

Refunds Processed

Once received and inspected (typically 2-5 business days), refunds take 5-10 days to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is free for faulty items only

We'll email confirmation when your refund is complete

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange free returns and replacements/refunds—no time limit for manufacturing defects.
